Services provided by Exo Vietnam were very good, guides were prompt and efficient, hotels were of a very high quality. Only negative points were provision of a minibus (rather than a car) in Hue without opening windows, as most of the time was spent driving it made taking pictures difficult. Lapis hotel in Hanoi was very nice, but a hotel closer to the old town would have been preferable. One night in Hoi An wasn't long enough.
