Excellent phone service - quick and appropriate. Our trip was severely affected by Covid but we got there in the end, helped massively by DialAFlight.

Assistance at Heathrow on return didn’t work, “staff shortages”! I waited an hour but nobody came. In the end I walked with someone who was pushing a wheelchair. I made it but it was difficult.
