Only thing was that we didn’t get the wheelchair assistance that we needed on the first leg of our flight London to Houston so we had to struggle ourselves. But it was totally different when we got to Houston and also when we arrived back in London.
There was not enough time to clear Immigration at Miami - it was really busy and taking about 1-2 hours to get through. I had to jump the line and ask to be urgently processed. Then I ran to my next gate and only just made it in time. It was very stressful! Apart from that, all went very well. Thank you.

I was very impressed with how efficiently the staff handled my flight cancellation 12 hours before departure. I was rebooked onto an earlier flight within minutes. Really pleased with service, real bonus having premium economy on the Virgin flight to Austin TX and the car hire for a very reasonable price.
Overall service was excellent. Only criticism was the suggestion of taking up an option of electric car - this was a terrible idea and caused no end of anxiety and difficulties. Poor infrastructure including limited charging points, difficulties registering to be able to charge.

I would ask in the future to avoid BA - really bad compared to American Airlines. Tell customers that unlike American Airlines they need to take headphones to use if they want entertainment. Most of those in my part of the plane did not have any like me and thus had no access to entertainment. Just one of the problems for BA flights - or the one I was on!
