As ever, a pleasurable experience without any issues.
No problems with flights. Car hire at Boston only took 15 mins including upgrade to standard SUV. Note: Summer Tunnel to Airport is closed weekends and traffic was busy
Need to be more aware of luggage restrictions. Often it is necessary to fly economy mixed with business class and many economy flights have additional costs for checked luggage combined with ridiculously low maximum baggage weight

We were just a little concerned on way back as we didn't realise we flew back into Heathrow terminal 3 while our car was at terminal 5 until we checked in. However all was fine as terminal connections good but would be great if customers could be informed and reassured although we should have noticed earlier! Otherwise thanks you have a fantastic service and we will use you again.

We have used DialAFlight (Hayley in particular) for many years and nothing is a problem. The last 3 years our daughter has been travelling to America via various routes and we nearly always have to make changes along the way to her flights and the team (Hayley, Howard, Jessica, Russell) are always willing and helpful to sort this out.

COVID USA entry requirements were embedded in gov .UK links, but were easily overlooked. I had my vaccination cards with me but these were not accepted and I nearly didn’t get on the plane.
The assistance at Heathrow was a shambles and from landing to the arrivals hall took approx 90 minutes. In and out of a wheelchair 4 times. I know this has nothing to do with you. When I arrived at Logan I was out in 25 minutes
