Overall it was a great holiday and our itinerary did work out well considering the distance travelled to Hawaii & Vancouver.
Not sure if we were advised that both Delta and Alaska Airlines charge 35 dollars per checked in bags, but it came as a bit of a shock! Apart from that, everything was ezcellent.
Really helpful in suggesting accommodation, flights, car rental. Kept informed at every point. Amazing service

We were concerned about the transit time when returning from Kona Hawaii via Seattle. Jack Sulliman responded quickly to our email and reassured that all would be well. It was! It is good to have a helping hand from time to time when faced with confusing airport facilities
It is a pity you couldn't have helped Air France. Owing to a medical emergency they were hours late reaching Seattle so I spent 15 hours at Seattle airport and missed my connection to Manchester. Can't be helped. I will definitely use you again
Everything went to plan
Malcolm Cowan, our travel manager was amazing - he arranged all flights and accommodation and was also on hand when we had a problem with one of our flights that had been cancelled by the airline. There was nothing I could fault, and I would highly recommend him and DialAFlight, so much so I have already booked my next trip.

Not your fault but I’ll never travel via Heathrow again! From Maui to Manchester took 32 hours and starting with a night flight meant no sleep for 48 hours. Your bookings and communications were however brilliant and it’s a pleasure to deal with your company. Thanks Raj

Guy is absolutely fantastic always but particularly since we have had to cancel / reschedule so much during Covid. He has been super supportive, reassuring and helpful throughout. Can’t recommend him enough. Have also referred various friends to him. Avis at multiple locations were disappointing. Thankful that we haven’t hired via them for our next trip though!

The only negative is the connecting flight to Hawaii with Delta was awful seating and staff were very poor indeed

You have so much knowledge and experience and you put a whole package together for us with flights and amazing hotels in Honolulu, Maui and a stopover at San Francisco. You also helped to book us the very best seats! Made all the difference. Our holiday was utterly perfect and we shall never forget it. We loved every second.

Stan looked after us extremely well. Excellent holiday on our two island stay in Hawaii. Maui very calm and relaxing -maybe we should have hired a car to see more of the beautiful scenery. We didn't because hotel facilities made us lazy. Excellent clear sea in Maui ideal for snorkelling although currents can be dangerous. Waikiki beach, Honolulu is far more active and the usual hustle bustle of a tourist trap holiday is experienced. In Waikiki there is a tourist charge of $31 plus tax a night which seems to be a hidden way of charging for their facilities.
