Holiday was brilliant. Hotels were lovely, flights great, transfers brilliant. Couldn't fault it in any way. Best part was the Grand Canyon helicopter flight that Arthur booked for us. We have always booked with Tui. But will definitely be booking with DialAFlight next year.
One hotel was poor and we believe it would be in your interest to drop it.
Todd and his team were marvellous - we had the most amazing holiday. Will definately be contacting for our next trip.
Guy is a superstar - he recommended two hotels. The first in Hawaii was fabulous, central to shops / entertainment and yards away from the beach. The second was convenient for the Airport and had the bonus of a free shuttle service. We would highly recommend him and DialAFlight

Overall it was a great holiday and our itinerary did work out well considering the distance travelled to Hawaii & Vancouver.
Not sure if we were advised that both Delta and Alaska Airlines charge 35 dollars per checked in bags, but it came as a bit of a shock! Apart from that, everything was ezcellent.
The Vancouver hotel was massive and really a stopover for cruise ship passengers and the forecourt was very overcrowded every morning so not ideal. American Airlines was horrible. Air Canada was great

We were concerned about the transit time when returning from Kona Hawaii via Seattle. Jack Sulliman responded quickly to our email and reassured that all would be well. It was! It is good to have a helping hand from time to time when faced with confusing airport facilities
It is a pity you couldn't have helped Air France. Owing to a medical emergency they were hours late reaching Seattle so I spent 15 hours at Seattle airport and missed my connection to Manchester. Can't be helped. I will definitely use you again

Everything went to plan
Malcolm Cowan, our travel manager was amazing - he arranged all flights and accommodation and was also on hand when we had a problem with one of our flights that had been cancelled by the airline. There was nothing I could fault, and I would highly recommend him and DialAFlight, so much so I have already booked my next trip.
Having the mobile app is a real big bonus / help. Able to see itinerary and any flight time changes easily.
I had issues with the meals as I am live raw food, no gluten and no dairy, so, actually vegan doesn’t works for me… There’s no option for that when managing the reservation.

Seymour did a great job. Would not recommend The Hilton Waikiki Beach. Not a great hotel, average service. They took my master card for the resort fee ($315 plus tax), we took a $3 water from the mini bar and charge one ice coffee to the room. They have put through a charge of $431 !
One of our hotels was not to our satisfaction. Zoe our contact at DialAFlight did everything she could to change us to more suitable accommodation, even monitoring her emails after working hours. The new hotel was perfect.
