Mark Cushway is always on the ball

All went smoothly, but would not use Dollar car rental again as not a great experience. We will need to specify that next time, and also that it is imperative that we have(Sat Nav in the car.

Nicole has for many years taken care of our travel plans. The service she provides for us is always exceptional. While we were in the US we encountered a problem regarding a scam internet issue. We phoned DialAflight immediately and Nicole came to the phone and solved this serious problem for us. This service is excellent

Everything went well

For my return flight, I just made it to the departure gate with minutes to spare. Needless to say, my luggage didn’t make it and was delivered to my home the following day. Newark only had shuttle buses from the terminal I arrived at to get to the terminal I was departing from. A little stressful to say the least.

Just one small small comment, no gluten free meal on return flight …it was ordered when booking flight.
