Thanks to the attention given by Cody and Logan everything was better than expected in every aspect relating to my trip.
The return flight was delayed but after a conversation with ground staff they transferred us to BA flying straight into Heathrow!

Had to upgrade car as Alamo claimed the car pre-booked did not have a built in sat nav which was crucial otherwise everything went. well.
