I missed my flight in Charlotte as not enough time to get there as first plane an hour late. Had to run like Forest Gump to catch 2nd at Charlotte but I made it by the skin of my teeth.

Virgin excellent, wouldn't recommend Upper Class on internal flights with Delta in US as no different from economy. Great trip.

The tight 1.5hr transfer at Atlanta was too short because there were not enough immigration officers on duty to deal with the massive queue! I suggest you try to give 2.5 hrs if possible.
Otherwise all was brilliant and you chaps kept me informed all the way. If it wasn't for you letting me know that Biden now required ONE DAY before travel, PCR tests instead of the 3 days, I would not have been able to travel at all!

I began using your service a good 20 years ago at least and it is always 5 stars. I had a good flight as I upgraded to Premium Class. I will definitely be doing that again for long flights!

I always recommend DialAFlight and this time your team excelled after I missed my outward flight due to severe traffic delays affecting many travellers. American Airlines cancelled my tickets as a ‘no show’ and your guys sorted it all, got me re-booked and were really kind. Exceptional!
