Flights outgoing on time and connection worked well. BA flight coming home delayed due to “technical issue” but nice journey once under way and was a direct flight, anyway.

Problem with flight time and gate changes left connecting flights too short. JFK nearly missed flight, we made it by only two minutes. Heathrow was a generous 15 minutes!

It was very disappointing not to have been sat as a family on any of our flights . It would have been helpful to have been guided on this in advance especially as all links went to Virgin relating to my flight until check in day when it went to Delta and no availability to change seats at this point .
