Our return flight on Virgin in club class was a disappointment because the seats were so narrow. The seats looked like a row of coffins. We would prefer to avoid that kind of uncomfortable seating on future flights.

We booked very last minute after another airline cancelled our flights and we received excellent, prompt service from Isaac Price. He was working late thankfully for us and sorted us out with flights within 15 mins - all paid and ready to leave the next day. Great job.

The hotel was OK but there was nothing really around it - restaurants, shops etc. Not too bad for a 5/6 day stay. However we soon became experts in the Metro (excellent) as we had to use it every day!
