Reid is an excellent account manager and delivers every time.
All hotels/motels were fine with the exception of Redondo Pier Inn which was not particularly nice - rooms smelt of stale cigarettes. Thankfully only there for brief stop on road trip so no real impact. Appreciated being able to contact DialAFlight when we wanted to tweak itinerary whilst in USA - saved lots of unnecessary time in LA traffic!
We needed to make last minute car hire changes and they were dealt with swiftly with great communications. It was very reassuring knowing there was someone to help at any time of day

Only issue we had was with Thrifty - it took 90 minutes to pick up our pre-paid hire car - because Thrifty did not have enough staff on duty at their pick up desk. They told me it usually takes 2-3 hours !

Only problem was lack of wheelchairs at Heathrow. I had to wait 45 mins on flight out, which meant little time to enjoy the Lounge area you provided. On return landing, again the wait was nearly as long, when I should have been off and through customs quickly, being in Upper Class, but the pilot left the area before I did!!.
