The Wyndham Plaza Hotel At Kamloops was very disappointing. It is obviously a franchise operation and seemed very tired and unloved. The location was not very nice and the food was dire. I would recommend that you remove this hotel from any future bookings.

Was very impressed with the service from Craig. Nothing seemed too much trouble and he even managed to find me a flight which was £200 cheaper! Definitely will recommend to others, just as two separate friends did to me!

Air Canada is not the best airline we've used but then not the worst either. The hotels were of a very good standard but because of the season, Sun Peaks was quite deserted and felt isolated. The hotel in Jasper lacked a restaurant. This was balanced by the amazing hotel in Calgary. Overall we had a wonderful holiday making many new acquaintances and enjoying new experiences. Thanks to Fraser for organising our time so thoughtfully.
