Transfer from the airports to hotel, the assisted package - everything went as expected. This was a difficult booking which had to be planned in two days due to a bereavement and staff were excellent from start to finish.

Wouldn’t use Qatar again. Service was poor, staff were rude and food was awful. Definitely would not recommend.

All our flights worked perfectly. Very many thanks to Jack and Manny - we're so impressed by them. For interest, Premium Economy on Air New Zealand is the best - their seats are far more comfortable than those on Singapore Airlines, but both airlines were brilliant in every other way.
