I have used DialAFlight several times for holidays and flights and the service never wavers. Some companies get you on board and then take you for granted but not DialAFlight.

One for outdoor types, a family friendly ecodesigned rainforest lodge, the Te Waonui Forest Retreat is set within easy distance of Franz Josef Glacier which is located on the West Coast of New Zealand’s South Island,, with in the Westland Tai Poutini National Park. The West Coast Wildlife Centre is also nearby while Fox Glacier is just 17 miles away. The Rereat offers luxurious accommodation and a great base to explore the natural surroundings.
Room Description
The Lodge featuries environmentally sustainable architecture and offers spacious air conditioned contemporary style guest rooms, divided into either Deluxe Twin or King. Each room has an array of amenities including a personal pillow menu, natural wool mattress underlay and high speed internet access, as well as luxurious bed linen, LCD TV and music system, a selection of tea and coffee and a mini bar. There are ironing facilities, a desk, in-room safe and a balcony. There is a room with disabled access too. Smart modern bathrooms have large walk in showers, chunky square sinks with wooden vanities, and hairdryers.
Activities
The hotel has a huge list of exciting activities, from a helicopter ride around the Franz Josef Glacier, followed by a glacier hike with expert guides; there’s horse trekking trips, where you can explore the local landscape and beaches, visits to the nearby hot pools, quad bike rides, lake tours around Lake Mapourika, open-boat tours where you drift around the Okarito Lagoon among the flocks of wildbirds, including the White Heron and Royal Spoonbill; there are kayaking trips through protected environment on Lake Mapourika, bike rides, local walks and for adrenalin junkies, sky diving, Ice climbing and rock climbing canal be arranged. And when you’ve done all that, indulge in a treatment at the Lodge’s Amaia Spa which offers a wide range of msaage therapies, facials, and beauty treatments. Don’t miss the Warm Bamboo massage or the Honey Walnut Body Polish…
Dining
You’ll be pleased to know that the Canopy Restaurant serves a sumptuous international buffet breakfast with a cook-to-order egg station. For dinner there is a five-course degustation menu, created using fresh West Coast and South Island produce, served in convivial surroundings with an open fire, The Canopy has an open fire fire and organic textures in earthy colours. The bar area has a subtle rainforest theme, with an open fire and covered outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy pre dinner drinks, and, during the day lazy lunches.
