BA organisation at Dubai needs some work to ensure a more organised check in and boarding was pretty chaotic. Seat allocation 24 hours before no choice and Dubai not possible to sit together as flight was over booked by 22 (A380). Just lucky we had booked seats. Thank you once again for your attention and checking before our departure.
Sam Nott deals with all our travel, and I can't recommend him highly enough. Should he not be available for whatever reason, his colleagues are always on hand to guide me as well, although Sam holds the top award! Wish I'd found DialAFlight sooner.

I have booked several holidays using Rebecca Wilkie. Her personal tips about where to go and what to do are exceptional. The hotel that she recommended was one she had previously been to herself and the hotel, food and entertainment over Xmas and New Year was exceptional
