From the time we arrived at Amman airport. a member of the travel company was waiting for us at customs who dealt with the visas very efficiently. The driver and guide were very helpful and supported my husband as he has disability walking. The hotels were very good especially Holiday Inn was excellent. Leo at DialAFlight was excellent at organising this private holiday for three of us taking our needs into account. Well done and thank you

The Royal Jordanian flight was a very pleasant experience. I was comfortable throughout the flight. I have long legs and on some other airlines my knees are usually right up against the seat in front
The one issue we had was with the car used to transport us everywhere. The driver was a VERY heavy smoker and when collected from Amman airport it was like sitting in a dirty astray. Also, when we arrived at Petra the swimming pool was closed for maintenance. We had been told at check-in it was open and only discovered it was out of action when we walked down there.

From Tel Aviv to Amman it would better to go by road as it 2hrs by car and less time at airport.
We thought it would have been easier to go by road from Tel Aviv to Amman!
Our hotels were mostly fine and they were well situated. However, we have stayed in the desert a couple of times before and we didn’t think the Wadi Rum hotel provided an appropriate setting. It consists of futuristic bubbles, so it is very far from a Bedouin tent or more authentic experience. I don’t know why it gets such good reviews on TripAdvisor.

Good service from DialAFlight. But I wouldn't choose BA again! Over an hour to bag drop at Terminal 5 LHR - only one person handling check-ins / bag drops with over 100 passengers waiting. No wheelchair on return journey when one was promised. I sensed that morale among BA staff, both in the air and on ground, was pretty low.
Everything was perfect and went so smoothly. Excellent airline.
