Marco was excellent and very understanding as I had to book a flight the evening before I was due to fly.
Great service, lovely being able to talk options through with a human being rather than beat up a machine. But we had to transfer our baggage at São Paulo on the way there rather than having it transferred directly, which was a bit annoying. All fine on the way back!
