We were totally satisfied with the arrangements made by Monika and Tamarind Global and as a result we had a marvellous and memorable experience. The comfort and food on British Airways was poor and put to shame by the performance of the internal airlines.
If seats could be reserved during booking for both outward and return flights, that would be really helpful, otherwise we are obliged to accept whatever is available during check in

Not enough time for connection on outward journey at Frankfurt. We made the flight but luggage did not. Frankfurt made us go back through security and whole process very slow. Need to allow a minimum of 2.5 hours for a Frankfurt connection.
