Confident and efficient Spencer booked a complete package as requested - the hotel we wanted, good direct flights and good seats. He kept us informed throughout which was important with getting Visas. He was also able to book for other members of our family so we could all go and stay together for the wedding.
All went well except for circumstances beyond one’s control: delayed departure from MAN due to fog at AMS but fortunately I just about made the connection!
