BA Club Business Class is not what it purports to be. No Fast Track at Antalya. Return flights generally turn out to be hot, lengthy and sweaty experiences being barked at by unpleasant and unhelpful security guards and long walks.
Perfect as always - just a little confusion with oversized bag. Awaiting a refund.

Des is wonderful.
DialAFlight did what they always do and Eve booked a seamless package as requested. Unfortunately we felt quite let down by the hotel as a huge amount of construction was taking place. Some things were quite unforgivable (lifeguards leaving the poolside to use their phones and staff members arguing publicly resulting in one waitress running off in tears). Not what we’d expected from the hotel!

Michelle is a brilliant agent and really goes above and beyond to make our holidays great.
Only problem that I encountered was with the transfer from the airport to the hotel not being at the designated pick up point so I had to arrange my own transfer via a metered taxi. I also arranged my own transfer from the hotel back to the airport at my preferred earlier time. Overall the holiday was excellent and I will be using DialAFlight for any future holidays.
