Outstanding performance from Josh, rebooking our flights immediately the originals were cancelled by BA on the first available option and then closely monitoring the situation throughout the Christmas and New Year period, regardless of his own holiday needs. A service and support level that was above and beyond
Travel arrangements were flawless but the airline performance was hampered by weather.

Excellent service from DialAFlight in every respect. Advice on a hotel in Geneva was inspired. Just as we wanted.
It is always very reassuring to book with DialAFlight. The Air France strike a few years ago would have been a nightmare to deal with on our own. And, with our most recent trip, there was a mix-up with dates and we booked tickets which needed to be changed which would have been a major challenge to handle on our own.

BA screwed up flights both outward and inward. Both were cancelled. Hotel was a good choice. Good location for local restaurants and near to the lake
Unfortunately BA let us all down. Duty of care is not an expression that BA understands. Maybe you could put your staff on the board of BA then I would fly with them again. t
