Our hotel was fabulous - location, accommodation, food and service. Stockholm an amazing place for a break. Excellent 4 day trip for a couple. Professional and efficient service all the way from DialAFlight again.

Sadly Norwegian were not good because they had overbooked the flight - which should be illegal! It meant I returned home nearly 36 hours late missing an important meeting.

There was a short layover in Zurich on my outbound flight and due to severe weather we were delayed taking off from London. I made the connection running through the airport. My checked luggage did not make the connecting flight but was delivered to my brother's house 30 hours after I landed.

Some others, who had not booked via you, wanted to change their flight home. They had to wrestle with their airline which took a while. They would have done much better if they could simply have given you a ring!

Advise passengers to arrive in plenty of time at Heathrow Terminal 5 as it was absolutely packed and long queues for check in and security .
