Advise passengers to arrive in plenty of time at Heathrow Terminal 5 as it was absolutely packed and long queues for check in and security .

The connection time on the outward trip at Frankfurt was very tight and we nearly missed the connection; to cap it all our luggage did not arrive with us and was left at Frankfurt! It did arrive safely next day but it involved a long process of formal complaint and communication in Stockholm!
