From booking to return all communication, updates and regular contacts of a very high standard by Sebastian. Even when Air Lingus did not allow me to book my seat because I used a travel agent, Sebastian and Libby helped sort this out with good seats.
The number 1 lounge at Gatwick is nothing special. Pret a Manger is better.
