Despite request for rooms close together we were about as far away as was possible but Ikos did upgrade us to better rooms for last two nights. However, overall excellent.
Bradley is a different class - top job from start to finish.
When booking flights with kids, would be great if you could make sure that the airline provides child appropriate food. There was no kids food served on the BA flights.
The hotel provided all that we needed for our holiday “en famille” (11 of us). It fitted the bill admirably. All arrangements went according to plan. Thank you Bobby for all of your assistance.

Flight diverted on return to Stansted due to brakes problem classed as an emergency landing - however that is nobody's fault and we landed safely. Phew!
Another outstanding experience
I had a late invitation to a reunion in Paros, which involved flights, ferries and hotels. I was struggling to piece together a plan when I remembered I had used DialAFlight in the past for trips to Cape Town. I spoke to Ian who put together a package in 20 minutes that effectively gave me an extra day and was seamless. Awesome, thanks so much, will recommend and use again and again!

Declan really took the time to understand our expectations and matched them perfectly!
TUI need to improve a) their app - it was impossible, even with your help, to check in both times and b) to let people know if they cancel your flight and put you on another leaving 2 hrs later. No word or apology and had to rearrange onward travel having arrived unnecessarily early at the airport. None of this DAF's fault!
