Not your issue, but please think about alerting business class customers to the fact that lounge at Macedonia Airport Thessaloniki is banned to BA passengers! Hostesses very gruff and unapologetic. Lovely hotel, all arrangements worked perfectly, thanks to your excellent customer care.

Only hiccup were there were no child seats in the car on the outbound transfer and on the inbound one they had provided two baby seats rather than an age appropriate seat for my six-year-old. Otherwise delighted with Roger and his team - super quick response when we called late at night needing some help.
