BA's inability to issue correct boarding passes on both journeys was upsetting! At Heathrow we noticed it straight away however not only did my pass board me on a Gatwick flight but it changed my name and gave me an economy seat. The gate staff eventually reworked it luckily our bags were loaded correctly. Persuaded us to reassess the premium cost of Club Europe versus economy flights from provincial airports!
Everything was in place when we arrived. Taxi pick up at airport was on time, hotel accommodation was just as requested, hotel and facilities were exactly as shown.
