Well organised and very friendy
Luton is being developed but is still shambolic. Poor signage, dreadful coming back. Standing on stairs for passport control. Getting on plane required descending steps, walking across tarmac to plane and upstairs. Same on returen. Very difficult for anybody with walking difficulties.
