Slightly weird going out from LHR T5 and returning to T3. I should have seen that, but it might have been worth pointing it out to me. Small thing in an excellent service.
All went smoothly and documentation was accepted as promised. Would also like to use Enterprise when booking future car hire as they performed very well.

Perfect service throughout.
We were very unimpressed with the quality of the SAS business class service to Copenhagen. The seating on the plane was exactly the same as the rest of the plane. There was no choice of food. Another point - for the airports rather than you - is that the 'priority' baggage handling simply doesn't work. At both LHR and CPH our hold luggage arrived at the reclaim point randomly, and certainly not quickly.

It was a shame that our flight was cancelled by British Airways coming home. But Des sorted it out. We had a lovely time in Copenhagen and we are all looking forward to booking our next trip

Harry and the team kept us fully informed and took away most of the travel hassle we have seen in the past. The only downside was the sat nav (Garmin) provided by Avis. Set to English, it rapidly became apparent that it would not accept Danish names!
