Because of my 2 last trips using DIal a flight both on long haul flights, the quality of customer service and follow up care have always been on point. I have just used them again, this time a short haul trip to Cyprus, and their service was exactly the same, excellent!

Karina was excellent - helpful, friendly and efficient. For future reference the hotel was rather downmarket. I suspect this is the case of many hotels in Paphos. Probably best recommended to those who like to be around lots of loud, tattooed English people!

Flight home was great as we were treated to the 787 Dreamliner, not expected
Olympic resort was amazing, would highly recommend it. The resort was clean, food /drinks were perfect. Staff everywhere so friendly /helpful and polite.
The advice to go BA rather than Easyjet was worth it. Also, Enterprise Car Rental in Paphos was helpful and efficient.

All went well except BA - on flight back food ran out halfway down the aisle with no apologies - just told it was their return flight! We will not travel BA again!
