1 Maqam Al Sultan

A love for Lebanese

Overlooking the warm sands and sea of Phinikoudes Beach, Maqam Al Sultan is a popular Lebanese restaurant known for its traditional, rich Middle Eastern cuisine. Sample a platter for one for just €14.50, or try a range of meze, from grilled halloumi and fattoush to hummus and other homemade dips. You can even order an authentic Lebanese wine. Lively entertainment includes belly dancing and drum shows just to add extra spice to your evening.

2 Art Café 1900

Blending traditional and modern

Built in 1900 and completely refurbished, this cosy venue lies just 100 metres from the beach and offers a warm welcome throughout the day. Whitewashed walls and masses of meze - To Kazani has everything you'd expect from an authentic Greek tavern filled with locals. Travel through time with traditional cuisine made from super-fresh ingredients and prepared on site. A mix of meats and vegetarian dishes are served up alongside Zivania - the national drink - which was first produced in the cellar of this very building, in a cauldron still on display today.
