I have used DialAFlight several times for holidays and flights and the service never wavers. Some companies get you on board and then take you for granted but not DialAFlight.
I would 100% recommend these guys. They are honest, open, quick responding, helpful, funny, professional and always there to pick the phone up as soon as you dial.

British Airways need to fine tune things. We both have to have aisle seats. British Airways website is disappointing, confusing with conflicting information and frustrating to use.

Consider including an option to change the time of the return airport transfer - although no issues encountered, we would have been pushed for time to arrange another form of transport should they not have arrived…(or had a puncture/traffic en route)
