BA managed to lose my case yet again - I got it back the next day. Hotel was excellent. Would recommend Klimt exhibit and Freud museum. City was immaculate, service good and so many interesting historical snippets.

Unfortunately our flight was delayed 8 hours at Heathrow termimal 5 because of fog - all very frustrating but no one's fault. It's a risk one takes when flying

Excellent service from Niall, and later Marshall, who were able to cancel our trip due to COVID measures at our destination and provide us with credits for future flights.
Thanks for all your help. We'll be back! Unfortunately we missed the flight back because my son hadn't got the wretched Passenger Locator Form ready in time. But KLM did not charge for the rebooking for next day. Hoping next time covid tests will be less complicated.
