OFF ROAD THRILLS

Enjoy an Off the Beaten Track experience with this 4x4 Jeep Wrangler Adventure. After a brief orientation talk, you will depart caravan style, travelling north for your first stop at Morgan’s Harbour, where you can take in the beauty of the North Sound from the original fishing port in Grand Cayman. Then continue to Barkers National Park and Cayman’s Natural Mangroves, the natural habitats of the Blue Iguanas.

LEARN DIVING SKILLS

The ‘Discover Scuba’ is a wonderful experience and provides the first time Scuba diver with an opportunity to dive in one of the world’s most incredible locations. First you receive instructions from certified PADI qualified Instructors, within a relaxed environment, receiving training in type and usage of equipment making sure you are safe throughout the underwater adventure.

After your training session it's off to the shallow waters for an underwater lesson, where you undergo more training in skills and techniques. Having ensured that you are ready, the instructors will then accompany you on a shallow dive at a reef located directly off shore where you can see all the colourful tropical fish and exotic marine life.

HISTORY IN THE MAKING

You are taken along the south coast of the island with your experienced tour guide and driver providing an interesting narration as to the history of the Cayman Islands and its people. Arrive at Pedro St. James and the famous Pedro’s Castle - the birthplace of democracy in the islands - where you will tour the castle and its grounds and see an animated show.

Continue to the original capital of the Cayman Islands - Bodden Town -, with its quaint and colourful cottages and traditional homesteads before driving along some of the most rugged coastline passing the Lighthouse at Barkers and the Blow Holes. At Gun Bay you see the original Royal Navy cannons then stop at Kaibo Yacht Club for refreshments. Last stop on the tour is the wonderful botanical gardens.

TAKE TO THE WATER

You are picked up from your hotel and driven to a beach water sports facility located on famous Seven Mile Beach. There you will be given a welcome orientation and safety briefing before being issued snorkel gear and two-person kayaks. Kayak and snorkel lessons are available for those who want them. Then you paddle along scenic Seven Mile Beach towards the official governor's residence.

Watch out for the underwater marine life and the luxury hotels, resorts and private villas along the spectacular white sandy beach. Enjoy snorkeling among the abundant tropical fish and coral formations at Governor's Reef before paddling back to the water sports centre, where you can shower and have a complimentary rum or fruit punch. Enjoy the beach then return to Georgetown with time for shopping.

MEET THE FRIENDLY RAYS

Begin with a short bus ride to the Cayman Islands Yacht Club with its awaiting custom built Dive Boat.
Once on board the vessel the captain and crew will pamper you for the next three hours ... all the gear will have been prepared and all you will have to do is sit back and relax and enjoy the bracing cruise out to the original Stingray City location.

Once at Stingray City and after the boat is securely anchored, you will be given a briefing on the experience ahead. Just off Grand Cayman's north shore lies some of the deepest waters anywhere in the world where you find the infamous ‘North Wall’ and Cayman’s very own Barrier Reef. Snorkellers and divers travel from around the world to see these attractions, which are as beautiful as they are mysterious and where you find multitudes of colourful tropical fish and marine life.

On this excursion, after an hours’ snorkelling here, your motor cruiser will head across the waters of the North Sound, passing the mangroves before arriving at Kaibo Yacht Club where you have a welcome Island Rum or Fruit Punch. Here you can relax on the beach in the sun before cruising back to Morgan’s Harbour where you will be collected and driven back to your hotel.

This is a wonderful opportunity for certified divers to enjoy a relaxing Two Tank Boat Dive off Grand Cayman’s West Coast. You are collected from your hotel and taken to board your custom built dive vessel. Meet the captain and dive team who will give you a safety briefing along with a talk about the diving adventure that awaits.

You will then sail to two separate locations and while these normally include a reef and a shipwreck, sites visited may vary, according to the weather conditions and availability of moorings. To take part in this dive adventure you will have to satisfy the medical requirements and be in possession of appropriate certification cards . . . but it's well worth the effort.

DIVES, DOLPHINS AND WRECKS

You are taken to the West Bay district of Grand Cayman to pick up your mountain bike and safety gear. The first leg of the adventure is along quaint country lanes and roads as you wind your way through the West Bay district and explore the rugged coastline of Boatswain Bay and the Cobalt Coast. Then continue to Dolphin Discovery or the Cayman Island’s Turtle Farm.

Along the way you stop at a Rum Cake outlet and see the unusual rock formation at Hell, before returning to Morgan’s Harbour. Then cycle to the wonderful tropically Caribbean inspired Tiki Beach facility on Seven Mile Beach, where you have time for snorkelling at Tiki Reef or relaxing with a casual lunch taking in the panoramic views over this world-famous beach and the Caribbean Sea.
