All OK until our return flight from Bermuda was delayed. We almost missed our connecting flight from Heathrow to Manchester Airport and it was only by pulling every available string that we were finally allowed to board and thus avoid a 10 hour wait in Heathrow. Very stressful!

Help dealing with Covid test requirements might be a useful addition. Finding and booking tests was stressful! One of my fellow passengers suggested that it would be good if this was part of booking flights.

BA changed my return flight times about 4 times. When I wanted to change their new flight times I was totally impressed how quickly Simon came back with my departure choice and a new itinerary. Not sure how much success I would have had dealing with BA direct from Bermuda. I have recommended to friends.
