Always at the end of a phone. Or ready to answer to an email. Thank you Jarvis
All the flights ran smoothly and Roger gave me all the information I needed before the trip to ensure that the journey ran smoothly
I cannot thank you enough for making my journey straightforward in these strange times. Especially Jarvis for being on the end of a phone when needed
Good airlines, flights and hotel. Everything as promised.
Amy gave excellent advice, and arranged suitable seating for me for all flights. As my long haul flight was delayed Air Canada just put me onto the next local flight and sent a text, no hassle! I was very impressed with Amy's knowledge and professional approach.

You were not to know this but the connecting flights from and to Montreal are a bit of a shambles and you should not book a flight requiring a connection there without at least a 2 hour period between one flight landing and the next taking off.
Really impressed with the process and all the information provided. Will definitely use DialAFlight for future trips.
First time I have used DialAFlight but would definitely use them again.
