Thank you to Scott Mayes for his help in booking my flights to and from Montreal.
We had problems with our flights out and internally in Canada, which was disappointing. With the benefit of hindsight the arrangements for approx one hour to transfer between arriving at Heathrow from Manchester and leaving for Montreal was always going to be very tight and BA did not cover themselves in glory. However you/we would be well advised not to rely on such a short turn around in future.
All the hassle of buying my own tickets was taken care of. I was offered several possible choices of flights and was able to select a much cheaper one this time. I also appreciate your phone call before I went to make sure everything was OK and I had no problems.
Everything went smoothly and Nigel was very good at communicating. I will definitely use DialAFlight again
Maybe suggest airport check-in is available on all flights and it only takes a fraction of the time required to do it on your phone.
