Everything happened as planned by DialAFlight. The app was useful for checking details and all info had been entered accurately. I would highly recommend
On a flight Montreal-Manchester you told me that I would have to collect my baggage at JFK and check it in again but in fact it was checked straight through. Apparently I would have had to do this if I had been going Manchester - YUL but not for the reverse journey as I went through immigration in Montreal.
I appreciate that back up help is always on hand from DialAflight, even when I am actually travelling.

Air Transat was pretty poor - no seatback entertainment on transatlantic flight, broken A/C, no pillows, blankets cost 9.50

Taylor was first class. He took his time and was very professional as we changed our itinerary a fair few times. He allowed us to ‘Taylor’ our trip to make sure we had the best time. He helped us select fantastic hotels and gave great advice. We were extremely impressed with the service offered and will certainly be speaking to him again when planning future trips.
