We would like to thank Roray for his help throughout the entire process of having to rebook our holiday during covid. However, I would like to point out that our experience on the outbound flight with BA was less than satisfactory, bearing in mind that we were flying business/ club class. We do not intend to pursue this further as it's not worth the stress, but we will not fly with BA in future.
Melbourne Airport was not very good at assistance either way.

Larry was very helpful and it was a pleasure to liaise with him over our trip.
There was a problem with the visa when we got to Heathrow. However is was sorted out after a phone call to you. It may have been their system that was at fault. Otherwise everything was good and went to plan.
Everything went smoothly. Doug and Scott were very helpful with any queries we had. We have recommended DialAFlight to many of our friends.
