DialAFlight were very helpful organising our long and complicated trip, especially when we had to reroute due to the Middle East conflict. We loved the Park Royal Hotel in Singapore which was exceptional.

I particularly like the personal touch and knowing I could contact our manager any time I had a query, which I did, being quite naïve about modern flying. I should have contacted Visa to let them know we were going to Australia as they blocked my card when I needed it and caused a lot of stress. That's not the fault of DialAFlight but it may be advisable to let people know before they travel.
