Can’t fault the service I received by Graham and everything went according to plan. It was great to get a pre-flight call from him to ensure we had everything in place that we would need. As it happened, we hadn’t so it enabled us to get the missing documents. But I would not choose to fly Air Malaysia again. On the other hand, New Zealand Airways was outstanding. Probably the best flight I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot.

It would have been good to book vegetarian meals for the return flights as well as the outbound flights.

I was recommended DialAFlight by a friend. They were easy to contact. Any nerves or queries about modern travel dealt with quickly and patiently. By phone (it was good to talk, to sort problems quickly) and email. I was kept up to date, contacted by phone and email before we left. A couple of emails to check everything was going as planned during the trip. Knowing someone was there if needed, to sort any problems was a bonus. We had a great experience.

Had a bit of an issue in Brisbane where my 2 colleagues hotel rooms had been confirmed however mine hadn't (they were all on the same booking) and they had been booked at the same time. It was eventually sorted but did bring some unnecessary stress to the trip.

Emirates were great. I am sure our next journey through DialAFlight will be equally as good.

Air Malaysia have low baggage limits (20kg and carry on 7kg) for long haul compared to other carriers.
