During Covid getting a flight out to Australia has been a challenge! Conrad was invaluable with flights cancelled 2 days before we should have travelled then extra restrictions added by Australian government. We were very grateful to have him on our side.
Duncan did a wonderful job. Despite my many questions and queries he was so helpful and courteous.
Emirates cars are great! Rather tight flight changes going out but we made them - even our luggage got there and back when checked all the way through!
Your service was excellent but Singapore Airlines need to get a more user friendly online check in.
Everything went brilliantly. The flights were good and the accommodation perfect for the trip. Great trip, thank you
Great customer service and knowing there was someone you could talk to if needed.
A very professional service. Price we paid for Oz motorhome hire through you seemed much lower than other people we spoke to on the road.
Well done. Only issue was not fully flat on Melbourne to Singapore flight as we had expected.
In my opinion, Emirates is far far better than Singapore Airlines. Better bed and food in Business Class. The schedule didn't work for me with Emirates this time but I will not choose Singapore again.
I’ve used DialAFlight for several years now and the service is second to none. A big thanks to Shane for taking care of us
The service provided by Jeff and his colleagues was extremely good. He was proactive, helpful and always quick to respond to any questions. All the arrangements worked out perfectly and the children and I had an excellent trip.
Everything went perfectly apart from the fact that we arrived too late in Perth to avail of the hotel overnight - we stayed in the airport because we only had about 5 hours - but everything else was so well organised that this was only a minor blip in what was an otherwise brilliantly organised trip.
Very impressed by Otis' follow ups at every stage, even ringing us just before we left. We will be back!
Great service from start to finish. Thanks for taking away the stress and worries of booking!
Exceptional service from start to finish - will certainly use you again and have already recommended to friends and family
Gavin made our trip to Australia easy and will be using him again
Thanks Jeff for a great job, as always.
Jenson was simply brilliant.

Excellent proactive service from Aidan as always. Very impressed.
Excellent service and communication.
Very helpful always. Many thanks

We had an amazing trip and the campervan was great. Everything worked out just as it should. Thank you.
