Get close to the Penguin Parade

Experience this night to remember while staying in Melbourne. You are picked up from your hotel at 1.15 pm and taken on an evening coach tour to Phillip Island. At dusk, view the wonderful phenomenon of the little penguins as they emerge from the surf, returning to the safety of their dune rookeries.

You get to watch the famous Penguin Parade from a separate viewing platform and boardwalk which is limited to 190 people a night. Rangers are on hand to provide interpretation of the world's smallest penguins and their fascinating lives. Watch as they battle the surf and make their way to their dune burrows and learn of the conservation methods. Stop in Cowes for dinner (own expense) before commencing the return journey to Melbourne.
