1 Vue de Monde

The ultimate indulgence

The aptly named Vue de Monde boasts breath-taking views across the beautiful city of Melbourne and offers a complete indulgence in fine dining. Sample the delicious 10-course degustation menu for lunch or dinner. At a minimum of $230 per person, it comes at a price but you can taste the likes of Flinders Island wallaby, king green prawns and red hair kangaroo. Finish with barbecued mango and chocolate soufflé, and take the advice of the sommelier to pair the perfect wine to each course.
