Had to make urgent last minute trip to Australia two days before Christmas and cannot fault Callum with his speediness and great communication in sorting me a flight. Had a long delay in Singapore due to plane fault and repair. Caused linking flight to be missed however automatically put onto next flight, without stress or extra cost. Definitely recommend.
