Wouldn't recommend EVA Air, in-flight service poor, food worse than normal. Not a patch on Thai airlines. Hotel in Bangkok was fine, great location. Flights to and from Samui all good, nice little airline. Transfer back worked OK. Overall had a great time, so many thanks for your help.

We thought the visa was extended to 45 days, but they moved the goalposts back to 30 which meant £30 each for two days. Perhaps you should have known and let us know before booking the extra two days. Otherwise everything was very good thank you.

A bit of peripheral info, such as variety of transfers, other than taxis, from various airports. Also just to mention Kowloon hotel hard to find as it doesn't have a name sign on Nathan road and we arrived by the excellent and fast and cheap bus service.
