Flights were fine and the hotel was appropriate for couples or a family of three. Documentation is clear and accurate, as always, and there is a degree of security based on past performance in knowing that there is good backup and knowledgeable assistance on hand.
My luggage was lost on the way to Vietnam and was lost on the way back. Not sure who's fault that was but next time I will have a tracker on it.

Would not travel to Penang or Pangkor Laut again but that’s nothing to do with you! The beach has washed away at Batu Ferringhi due to land reclamation in Georgetown but the biggest issue in both places is the pollution washing up on the tide line. I don’t like swimming in a sea of plastic bottles and bags!

Cannot fault DialAFlight who were very good. The only negative about the experience was the first hotel in Kuala Lumpur was not to the standard that DialAFlight normally provide.

DialAFlight, as always, provided an excellent level of service, for which I am very grateful. Unfortunately, our experience with Cathay Pacific at Heathrow was extremely disappointing and fell well below the standard I would expect from an international airline. Several self-service check-in machines were not functioning and I had to request assistance. Regrettably, the ground staff repeatedly walked away while we were still trying to check in and appeared far more interested in chatting amongst themselves than assisting passengers.

Only hiccup the seats l had booked and paid for on longhaul leg from Sydney were changed! Enquiries with BA in Sydney tried to lay blame on yourselves for reasons l couldn’t follow!
