Great service as always but glad I opted for an extra hour between flights on the way out as delays made things a bit tight. Definitely use again for peace of mind and happy to recommend.

Thank you Raphael for helping us choose the most affordable and convenient option. The plane from Manchester to Abu Dhabi (and return) was one of the older in the fleet whereas Abu Dhabi to Narita was excellent and more modern however Etihad service and quality was excellent on both legs.

I highly recommend DialAFlight. With them you get a personally assigned Travel Manager who you can reach out to if needed. My recent flight back from Japan was cancelled due to bad weather. I was able to reach out to Charles who kept me informed throughout the process. We were booked on the next available flight without delay and spared the expense of spending another day or two in Japan.
