The flights with Finnair were not as good as in the past. The outward one from LHR was about an hour late (no explanation given), and the one out of Xian was about 2.5 hours late. The staff are kind, and I just made my transfer at Helsinki in time.
Everything went very smoothly.
The hotel was the best that I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed at numerous 5 star hotels around the world. We plan to go back next year.

Having dealt with DialAFlight many times I can say the staff are always in touch with my requirements and do their best to get me a good deal. I also enjoyed the personal touch given on two occasions I needed to change my flight.
Excellent service. I know you are a large company but at all times we felt like we were getting personal attention and over and above what we expected. Even a courtesy email to remind us of the storms coming to our destination and what the implications might be. I usually book direct but I may have found a useful alternative!
